Auto-responders don’t have to be boring. They serve more purposes than just out-of-office replies. For example, did you know you can use auto-responders to automatically add or remove someone from a mailing list when he/she sends an email to a designated address?
In today’s post, I want to demonstrate how you can change the subject of an auto-responder using macros. Normally, auto-responders use the subject “Re:” – plus the subject of the message that triggered the auto-responder. But what if you’d like to respond with some custom text – plus another word or phrase, such as “Accepted”? I’ll show you how in today’s tutorial video.
